Meal planning is essential to get and keep you on the right path to wellness. Fifty Percent of the battle for weight management is through your dietary habits & proper hydration. I'll help you obtain them.
To fill in the gaps of what your body needs to get and keep going that you just don't have the time to get through eating. I'll help you identify what you're lacking and how to get it in you effectively, efficiently and most importantly safely. This will allow balance/harmony in your body, maximum stimulation & utilization of energy levels, increased focus and the a reality of all around self awareness of wellness that you should experience everyday.
Exercise:
For those in my immediate area, you will benefit from one on one training. Or Based on you're experience level and access to equipment I will customize workout routines for you with visuals via pictures with text and webcam as well as phone support
