Tools of the Trade Part 3 "The Perfect Pushup"

A revolutionary piece equipment and a must have in your arsenal when working out  is The Perfect PushUp. There are many more variations of pushup to do that go beyond the traditional method that will increase your strength and muscle endurance with these push up enhancers.

From increasing your bench press to increasing any hand, arm, delt to pec pushing motion, experience the increase in power that "The Perfect PushUp" will afford you.

Tools of the Trade Part 2 "SELECT Your Dumbbells Wisely"

When its time to get your dumbbell set think wisely. Space is a major factor when attempting to have an in-home gym for the majority and of course cost.

In my profession I also needed to think mobile. Carrying around a bunch of different size dumbbells just would not do. So I choose the SelectTech dumbbells by Bowflex. Compared to its competitors, the design and functionality is far beyond the rest.

I'm on my third set to complete the collection. That's how much I am pleased with them.

The weight classes are :
2.5lbs to 20.0lbs replaces 8 sets of weights
5.0lbs to 52.5lbs replaces 15 sets of weights
10lbs to 90.0lbs replaces 17 sets of weights

Quick and easy to dial up to the level you require, easy grip, very portable, slick design and a great space saver.

Tools of the Trade Part 1 "Stability Ball"

I'm Ron, owner of Get Physically Fit. I will be blogging from time to time what I consider "Tools of the Trade" for in home training.

The first piece of equipment that is a staple for in home training is the Stability Ball or Swiss Ball. The stability ball is a major core trainer that will help to improve your flexibility, agility, and over all wellness and core stability. Hundreds of routines can be done on them and in many cases replaces the need for benches.

They are very portable so now you have no excuse for not working out when travelling just deflate pack and go and inflate. They come in an assortment of sizes and colors and there are a plethora of DVD's you can purchase to help keep you motivated and moving.

From basic techniques to advance, ranging from Pilates to weight training to Yoga, the Stability Ball is a must have.

I recommend the anti-burst/ resistance type.
